Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shige Jane | Store. Because our products are print-on-demand art prints and postcards made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
To request a refund, please contact us at shigekofukaya@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued as store credit, which will be added to your account and can be applied toward any future purchase in our store. Store credit does not expire.
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Change-of-mind returns
